I've seen Savannah in the past and really loved her! This past time I saw someone new, Ashley C. and she was JUST as wonderful! It's great to know that overall feel there is congruent through their staff! I have very sensitive skin and the after care package is amazing and I never have felt so smooth with zero irritation! Even with the initial slight reaction, in a matter of a 24 hours it was gone and just love the way sugaring feels!

Adding a star because this is partially my fault for last-minute booking. However, I’ve been coming here off and on since I first went to the North Portland location and it’s always been reliable. I booked a portlander, which is a 30 min service, I’ve had this service before. The esthetician spent 20 minutes on the service and then said “okay you’re all done” and immediately left the room. Right away I realized the job was SO messy and uneven, but she had left the room with such a swiftness I didn’t have the opportunity to ask for it to be corrected. I have had many of these types of services and I have always had the esthetician ask about any adjustments before ending the service. I have thick hair and it’s not uncommon for me to have shorter hairs that don’t pull and I’m never upset by that. However, (without getting too graphic) I was left with certain areas completely removed on one side and untouched on the other. If the client sits well, don’t rush them out the door with an unfinished service! Honestly upset I spent $90 for something I’m going to have to fix at my own expense. Hate to say I likely won’t be back. :/

This was my first facial in...a VERY long time. Vi was my esthetician and she was absolutely lovely. She was communicative and gathered what I needed out of the experience down to if I wanted her to walk through each step and product with me or let me relax and wait until the end. The facial was amazing. It's currently only one day after, but I can see and feel the difference and already booked another appointment.

I went here for the first time to try sugaring and it was a wonderful experience. Carrie was amazing and made it a great experience. It was an overall welcoming environment and I have since encouraged everyone I've seen to go there. 10/10

I have been coming to Portland Girl for over a year now and can’t rave enough about this place! I drive 30–40 minutes for each visit and pass countless places I could have my services done, but I keep coming back because there is nothing not to love about Portland Girl! The business is always clean, and the staff are always incredibly friendly and professional.

Savannah made my first experience amazing and very comfortable. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
