Safety + Sanitation

In accordance with guidance from the Oregon Health Authority, we have lifted our indoor masking requirement. Masks at the studio are currently optional. If you would prefer that your esthetician wear a mask during your service, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

When you arrive to your appointment:

  • Once you arrive, please come inside and check in with one of our lovely Guest Services Associates.
  • We ask that you do not come with friends and family, as we have limited seating in the studio.
  • Cash is no longer being accepted as payment for services (you can still tip in cash, but we are unable to make change for you).

Please refrain from:

  • Bringing outside beverages or snacks into the studio unless it’s medically necessary.
  • Bringing friends or family with you to your appointment. We can only accommodate one person in the room per service at a time and we have very limited inside seating.
  • Attempting to get ready using our restroom post-facial. Use of our restroom is permitted, but only for washing hands and going to the bathroom.

Our sanitation process:

We’ve always taken the sanitation of our space very seriously, but we have added a few new measures:

  • High performance air purifiers into each of our treatment rooms that filter the air 5 times per hour and are proven to combat impurities in the air such as viruses, smoke and pollen.
  • There are no re-usable linens (such as blankets) being used. All linens are freshly laundered and stored until a client’s service.
  • All implements and devices are sanitized using CDC-approved disinfectants.

Questions? We got you covered.

Is your skin care studio kid friendly?

Unfortunately, our skin care studio is not kid or puppy dog friendly. We hope you’ll take the opportunity for a quiet, relaxing experience to take care of yourself and your skin. Please turn off your phone and just chill out. 🙂

How long does my hair have to be for sugaring?

While sugar can remove hair as short as 1/16th of an inch, 1/8th of an inch or more is best (similar to the size of a grain of rice).

I’m on my period, can I get sugared?

Yes! While you can totally get sugared on your period, your skin will likely be more sensitive a few days leading up to and during your cycle. We just ask that you wear a tampon if you will be receiving any bikini sugaring services. Some clients like to take a pain reliever prior to the service.

Is sugaring during pregnancy safe?

Yes!
